Blacks for Whites = SELLING OUT?!

Hello and thanks for taking the time out to read this blog post. This topic was actually something that came up in my spirit many times before but this morning something really sparked it for me. Somethings I will never understand about people and being a black Canadian/American, I just don't understand other black Americans and I love our race. I love all races, colors, whatever you believe in I love everyone! Here is the issue. A black actress comes out and makes it known that she is voting for a white republican and then she gets chewed up and spit out by a ton of black people! She gets called out of her name many times. They also said that she is an unemployed black woman, she's voting against herself and that she's a sell out for endorsing Mitt Romney!!! WHAT?!?! A sellout just because she is voting for a white republican?! Not voting for Obama makes her a sell out?? Calling her out of her name just because she is not voting the demo ticket? I guess that would make me a sell out because like I stated before in previous blogs and making it known again that I DID NOT AND WILL NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA! If he stood for Israel then it would be different.

I'm not a Mitt Romney fan at all and it's a shame because for me those two are not on my voting radar. I may not even agree with many people who claim to be Christians that vote because of race, the economy, etc, that bypass the person who stands firmly on the Holy Land which is God's land, but I'm not going to call them out of their name because they are still entitled to vote for whomever they want. We do have a right of freedom of speech to voice our opinion but to go as far as dogging someone out with name calling accusing of being a sell out! When will you black people get that in your heads that it's okay for a black American to support someone of another race? Let me attempt to help you understand where I'm coming from. If you are going to take your car into the shop to get it fix and one is all black own and the other is all white own, and  the black shop has a sign out for a 39.99 brake job while the white shop just across the street is offering 29.99 for their brake job. Which shop would you go to first? I believe most of you would be first attracted to the white shop because of the low price brake job. Will that make you a sell out just because you didn't support the black business? NO! We all have a right to pick and choose where we want to go, who we want to support and to express our opinions but I believe there is a certain way to go about expressing our opinions and bad mouthing with name calling is just not the way. Can't we express ourselves with some kind of decency? Just saying down right nasty things about someone is just not right!

I'm so tired of many people of my very own race acting like a crime was committed just because I or other blacks did not vote for a black president! Stop making it seem like the Republican party are the evil ones and the Democratic party is full of holy angels!

Another sad note is that many black American's still don't know their black history! We were once a majority in the Republican Party in its early days until the KKK who was formed from early Democrats was threatening and killing both blacks and whites off!

Abraham Lincoln who was a Republican help stopped slavery by  issuing the Emancipation Proclamation. As time went on there were millions more slaves freed because of the southern states being controlled by the Union.

I'm with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who said this during an interview in 1958, "I don't think the Republican party is a party full of the almighty God nor is the Democratic party. They both have weaknesses ... And I'm not inextricably bound to either party."

If I walk into a store with money in hand with the purpose of looking for something to purchase according to what I want and after searching and searching I still don't see what I'm looking for then I will just leave. It would be crazy of me to spend my money on something other than what I'm looking for, right? If I see two people running for office but they are not what I believe in or don't stand on the most Holy Land, then I guess I just won't be exercising my vote. Go ahead and try to send me to jail or hell because I'm not going to vote on the color of someone's skin and I'm not voting for the economy but I will pray for it. God has taken care of me for 40 years! I'm still alive, blessed with a beautiful family! Speaking of voting for skin color, I know a guy who never voted before in his 40 years on earth! When Obama was nominated to run for president, that guy jumped up and voted for him! Whatever party affiliation that candidate has I don't care but if they support the Holy Land of Israel then he or she has my vote. You put God and the Holy land first then I put you first. Some people just don't get it voting for skin color and I've had people tell me that the reason why they voted for Obama was because he is black! When Obama was first running for president, all I heard was blacks saying, "shoot man we got a black man running for president I'm voting for him." All my life I've been told that black means to vote democrat. Tell me that you weren't brought up with that being the household way to vote? Just because we grow up a certain way believing a certain thing doesn't always mean it is right. Sometimes it maybe and sometimes it may not be. The problem is with a lot of us blacks is that we don't do our research on anything! We are always so quick to think that because that person is black, democrat, famous preacher etc, is pure and whole and will hang on every word that comes out of their mouth! I challenge anyone to show me where and who says that blacks are suppose to vote democrat?? Show me please? Show me where voting Republican is evil? Show me proof that Republicans just care about the rich?? Stop blaming George Bush for the national debt when it is a combination of past presidents, and congress because remember congress is part of government spending! Many of you are not doing any better since you voted for Obama. Remember when some of you were jumping up and down on city buses in Detroit and running in the streets going crazy in other parts of the country when Obama won? Did all of that cause Obama to give you a job? Voting for a certain president is not going to cause a job to fall in your hands. You have to go out and make it happen with believing God. Some are not really trying to even work. I know a grown man who strongly voted for Obama while sitting around puffing on a nasty smelly B&M hoping that Obama was going to send a "STIMULUS CHECK" in the mail but never happen. That was all I was hearing eight years ago that people were just waiting for that STIMULUS CHECK! Please don't tell me that that was one of your reasons for voting? If  you are going to vote which everyone has a right to vote and a right not to vote then make sure you are voting non material. I love president Obama even though I don't agree with many things I still love him and will pray.
