$40 Million - The god of Money

     Praise God and thank you for taking the time out to read this blog. I am just trying to help open up the eyes of your understanding regarding different issues, and for those who have not received revelation on such topics like this one, "$40 Million - The god of Money", and others that I will be discussing. I want to take a look at different groups of people who worship money making it their god, while exposing Satan's plan for those of you who worship money. Worshiping Money- to love money more than God; to put money before God; to use money against God.

     We often see and hear on T.V, the radio, and internet, about the Big Money Power Players (celebrities) signing huge money deals to star in major films, sports contracts and endorsements. Just recently it grieved my heart to hear that the Kardashians are signing a $40 Million deal with "E" network! The largest reality T.V deal. I can't really put it into words but it just really hit me hard. They are already filthy rich but I guess they still feel the need for greed! How many different reality shows do they currently have? I'm not sure. What do you do with $40 Million on top of the millions you already have, along with the future millions? 

     I love sports but not like I use to. Football being number one for me along side NBA basketball. Sports is just not the same anymore because in my opinion the love is more for the money and not for the sport. Everyone knows the superstar of our Los Angeles Lakers team, Kobe Bryant. I was so blown away when just a few years ago he signed I believe the biggest contract in basketball for $90 Million?! Kobe would you please bless me with just 10 Grand? That's not going to happen. Can you imagine the lifestyle you could live with that type of money??

     I may have said this before in other blogs, but if not then I will say it now. I love Los Angeles, California!! I love the weather, the ocean, the palm trees, the hills and mountains, but I hate this is the PORN CAPITAL!! This porn industry is a whopping billion dollar industry! It is so easy to become rich off of this garbage. People right off the streets can enter in and get paid big money. What's so hard about having sex for a living? You don't have to work hard but I'm sure you will be doing a lot of sweating! Those people really enjoy their job. Is it really a job? I'm sorry but I have no respect for you porn players!

     Let's talk about the die hard lottery players who love to spend a lot of money on lottery tickets hoping to win the mega millions jackpot. Can you believe the huge prizes that are involved? $656 Million jackpot back in March that caused large crowds at ticket counters; sparked fights and long lines waiting to purchase a ticket or ten! Once they win money of this large magnitude, they are not only set for life but their families family are set for life for years to come. 

     Let's put this all into perspective. You have mega T.V stars like the Kardashians, film stars like Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, and many more. They are making millions and millions of dollars. Professional athletes making millions, and rich lottery winners. All who are filthy rich and love money. The reality is the fact that they have so much money, they are not even thinking about God, but they are thinking about the god of Money! The god of money is Satan himself! 

     Satan has an age old trick that he uses. He knows that we all need money for living, buying supplies and enjoying entertainment. He also knows that it is very hard to get through life without money. Money is our mainstream for living. It is the source that enables us to live in nice homes, drive our favorite cars, attend the best schools, and more. Many of us love to live the lavish lifestyle buy driving Mercedes Benz, living in huge state of the art homes while showing off our richest. We've become addicted to the lavish lifestyles and riches. Satan is whispering to your heart with the question of why do you need God when you have plenty of money? What can God do for you? You have everything you need. When you hear Satan talking to you like that then it would be wise to ignore him. God our Father is the one who supplies us with what we need. The problem comes in when we put money before God and love money so much that we keep trying to get more of it. We become addicted and turn life into a money making richual. Placing money ahead of God and with addiction to it is a form of money worship. Let's be honest here, the more money you have the harder it is to think about God? If your mind isn't right then you will completely submit to Satan. This world is all about making more money, becoming rich and living the life. Most don't seriously think about their life after this earth. They are just too wrapped up in making tons of money.

Mark 8:36

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own life?

     Don't be fooled by these rich people because you hear about them giving to organized charities. Some give to charities that are a representation of what God is against. The world of the rich is so selfish but would rather give to organized charities than someone like you and me (regular people) who may be behind on rent for the month, may need their card note paid, due to being layed off. There is no reason why Los Angeles should have the highest homeless rate in America. They have so much money that they could just go bless someone off the street with money or just by paying for their groceries. Remember the story of the rich man and Lazarus? 

Luke 16:19-31

19 “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20 At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’

25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’

27 “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, 28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’

29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’

30 “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’

31 “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”

      The rich are so rich, what do they need more money for? The Stronghold of Satan has them so blinded and doing whatever he can to turn your focus away from God. Satan's main goal is to get you to hell as quickly as possible so you can burn like him due to sin. If you think you can serve God and money then you're wrong! 

Matthew 6:24

24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.

Matthew 6:19-21

19 "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Don't let the love of money rule you. If you do then that could be the very thing that will get you to hell where you will burn for all eternity! Is putting money before God really worth going to hell for? There is nothing wrong with having plenty of money but when you love money more than God, that's a problem!
